Today I am especially happy to announce that we have officially established the first and only Cluster of Information and Communication Technologies in Burgas. It is no coincidence that today is the official day of the Bulgarian programmer. October 4th is a professional celebration of specialists in computer technology, information technology and automation. The birthday of John Atanasoff who is accepted as the "Father of the Computer" is on October 4, 1903.
